Legendary Bootenal cook Roxanne Grant runs a tart-making session using locally grown spelt flour and delicious natural products while Regenerative Agriculture advocate Amanda Rowland leads an informal discussion on what’s trending in organic growing.
While your tart cooks, cross the road (11.45am-12.45pm) to experience one of the last of the manually operated Brickworks in Australia. Then back to the Boot to enjoy a drink and tart at The Bootenal.
